Embodiment Day 1 – THE RAGING FELINE
- Set up your safe “TEMPLE NEST” with a mattress, blankets, pillows, towels. Clear the space around you, so you can move freely & safely. Remove jewellry or any clothing as far as you feel comfortable (I love to get completely undressed where possible)
- Set your powerful intentions to access your Holy Rage and your Fight Response. Is there a particular topic / situation or person that feels relevant for your experience?
- Then begin to journey into the fullness of your wild cat expression (undulating, feline movements)
- Highlights: Pelvis / Throat Connection including Jaw & Teeth, Wild Voice & Soundscaping (if you can’t be loud, it’s ok to put your intentional “tension” into your throat as a “silent scream” or alternatively yell into a pillow).
- Meet the “edge of physical/emotional intensity” that is available for you. Release parallel emotions as they arise.
- Take short breaks to “witness” your progression and go back in.
- The experience can be just as fruitful without noise or banging sounds (I’ve done this in hotels & places where I couldn’t be noisy) – how much “ferociousness” can you embody?
- The “active” journey should be around 20-30 mins maximun
- After the experience, breathe and take a few moments lying down or sitting up to integrate the journey

Embodiment Day 2 – THE ORGASMIC OCEAN
- Claim your “TEMPLE Space” around you, so you can move freely & safely. Remove jewellry or any clothing as far as you feel comfortable

- STAGE 1- SHAKE: shake, shimmie, release, voice, gibberish, breathe, feel your body shaking. Standing, on 4s or lying – there is no set rule for this.
What do you need to let go of? Where in your body do you hold the deepest memories of the freeze response? Trust your body is capable of letting go.
- STAGE 2 – OCEAN WOMB: Imagine there is an ocean of energy surrounding you and the water is rising through your feet, your legs, your hips and your pelvic bowl into your womb. Allow the undulations, the spirals and the circles to flow. Cultivate the energy of the womb and let it spill over through your whole body.
Which parts have been laid “on ice” in your life? Can you connect the moving oceanic womb flow to lubricate, thaw and bless those areas? What else arises for you here?
- STAGE 3 – SLOW HEALING TOUCH & DEEP RECEIVING: begin to slowly touch your body as if you had healing hands full of love. Meet the edge of tension and relax as the tension surfaces. If you disconnect, return to the shake & the ocean womb to bring your attention back into the body. Keep opening up for more and more…. and then some more. Relax and open, over and over like the waves abundantly rocking you into full pleasure.
How much love can you allow in?
Which parts of your body feel resistence with allowing love & attention in? Can you allow this experience to be even more pleasurable? How? What kind of touch brings pleasure and even eros in?
- STAGE 4 – SILENCE: this is the integration phase. Lie down, stand or sit and be in complete stillness and silence. Notice your bodily sensations and keep breathing deeply (ideally slow and long belly breaths).
